The copyright of all articles published in NIHAYAH: Journal of Islamic Studies remains with the authors. By submitting their manuscript, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive first publication right without transferring copyright to the publisher.

Authors retain the rights to:

reuse, distribute, deposit, and republish their work without restrictions;
archive preprints (preprint), postprints (author's accepted manuscript), and the publisher’s version in any personal, institutional, or public repository;
use their work for any lawful purpose without requiring permission from the journal.
