We operate a strict Double-Blind Peer Review model, concealing the identities of both authors and expert referees to ensure maximum fairness, scholarly integrity, and academic objectivity.
Preliminary Screening
The internal editorial committee conducts an exhaustive checkpoint verify alignment with scope themes, conceptual limits, and style-sheet adherence.
External Blind Arbitration
Manuscripts are scrutinized independently by at least two senior referees who assess methodological rigor, innovative contribution, and structural clarity.
Review Outcomes:
Final Concluding Decision
The Editor-in-Chief executes finality based on review consensus. Approved submissions undergo typographical formatting prior to online compilation.
