Publication Process

An-Nur: Journal of Education and Learning is committed to maintaining a transparent and rigorous publication process to ensure the quality and integrity of the research we publish. We welcome contributions from academics, researchers, and students whose works align with the journal’s scope.

1. Submission

Authors must register and submit their manuscripts through our online submission system. Please ensure that the manuscript follows the Author Guidelines.

2. Initial Screening

The editorial team will review the submitted manuscript to assess its relevance, originality, and compliance with the journal’s formatting requirements. Manuscripts that do not meet the basic criteria may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected outright.

3. Peer Review

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process by at least two qualified reviewers. This process ensures objectivity, fairness, and constructive feedback to help improve the quality of the manuscript.

4. Editorial Decision

Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief will make one of the following decisions: Accept, Accept with Minor Revisions, Major Revisions Required, or Reject. The editorial decision is communicated to the authors along with reviewers’ comments.

5. Revision & Resubmission

If revisions are requested, authors are expected to revise the manuscript promptly and resubmit it with a point-by-point response to the reviewers’ comments. The revised manuscript may undergo a second round of review if necessary.

6. Final Acceptance

Once the manuscript is accepted, the authors will receive a formal notification. The manuscript then proceeds to the production stage for copyediting and layout formatting.

7. Proofreading

Authors will be given a chance to review the final proof before publication. It is essential to check for any typographical or formatting issues during this stage.

8. Publication

The article will be published in the current issue of the journal and made available online in open access format. Each article will be assigned a unique DOI (Digital Object Identifier).

9. Indexing & Archiving

Published articles are indexed in relevant databases and archived to ensure long-term preservation and visibility.

By following this structured publication process, An-Nur ensures fairness, quality, and accessibility in academic publishing.
