Copyright And License

JALALAIN: Journal of Qur’an and Hadith Studies operates under the provisions of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. This license permits anyone to share, copy, distribute, remix, and adapt the content, as long as appropriate credit is given to the original author and any modified material is distributed under the same license.

Once a manuscript is accepted and published in JALALAIN, the copyright is transferred to the journal, designating JALALAIN as the first publisher. The journal retains the right to publish and distribute the work in both print and electronic forms, including digital archiving and future reproductions.

Authors are strongly encouraged to disseminate their published articles by sharing the DOI link or directing readers to the journal’s official website. Authors may also reuse parts of their work for academic purposes  such as dissertations, classroom materials, or book chapters provided that proper acknowledgment is given to JALALAIN as the original publication source.

By submitting their work to JALALAIN, authors agree to adhere to the journal’s copyright and licensing policies, which aim to promote academic transparency, open access, and responsible dissemination of scholarly research.

The editorial board of JALALAIN welcomes submissions from researchers, educators, and students who seek to contribute to the development of Islamic studies and contemporary educational discourse.
